To view the Support screen, click Support from the left panel.

The Support screen

The Support screen is designed to get you help in the event you run across any issue while using the FRIᴾᴿᴼ application.

Click on the User Guide icon to access help center for FRMSc's web application. If you are not able to find the answer you were looking for in the help center, use the contact us form to submit your query. Lets take a look at how to submit for help.

Use this option for general query about FRMSc's web application or model.

  1. Using the Select reason dropdown, select General
  2. In the Message box, provide a detailed description of the issue you are facing.
  3. Use the Attachment upload feature to include supporting files or images that will help explain and resolve your issue more quickly.
  4. Click Submit

Use this option for specific query about the FRIᴾᴿᴼ web application.

  1. Using the Select reason dropdown, select Support - FRI
  2. In the Message box, provide a detailed description of the issue you are facing.
  3. Use the Attachment upload feature to include supporting files or images that will help explain and resolve your issue more quickly.
  4. Click Submit

Use this option for specific query about the FRIᴾᴿᴼ Upload API.

  1. Using the Select reason dropdown, select Support - FRI UPLOAD API
  2. In the Message box, provide a detailed description of the issue you are facing.
  3. Use the Attachment upload feature to include supporting files or images that will help explain and resolve your issue more quickly.
  4. Click Submit

Use this option for specific query about the FRIᴾᴿᴼ Swift API.

  1. Using the Select reason dropdown, select Support - FRI SWIFT API
  2. In the Message box, provide a detailed description of the issue you are facing.
  3. Use the Attachment upload feature to include supporting files or images that will help explain and resolve your issue more quickly.
  4. Click Submit
